Your data stays yours
Export everything — products, bills, customers, khata — any time from Backup & Restore, or switch on an automatic backup to your own Google Drive. We do not sell your data, or your customers’ data, to anyone.
The money comes straight to you
A customer’s UPI payment goes directly into your bank account; we are never in the middle of it. The only money we take is the subscription, and that runs through Razorpay.
Whatever device you have is enough

Questions
What every shopkeeper asks
If the internet goes, does billing stop?
No. Billing works offline too — bills keep getting made and sync on their own the moment the connection returns. A network problem will never create a queue at your counter.
How do my existing goods and customers get in?
Bulk-import them from Excel or Google Sheets. We give you a ready sample file with dropdowns and a guide sheet — fill it in and upload. Barcode scanning and AI photo-entry from a supplier bill are there too.
Can it make a GST bill?
Yes, on a paid plan. Enter your GSTIN in settings and the bill becomes a GST invoice — with CGST/SGST/IGST, HSN and the correct slab — and the GST return workings export too. The free plan bills exactly the same way, same totals, but prints a plain sale bill with no tax columns. If you are already issuing GST bills, nothing changes for a notice period shown inside the app.
Does my customer have to download an app?
Not at all. Send your shop link on WhatsApp or stick up a QR — it opens right in the customer’s phone browser. If they want, they can add it to their home screen like an app.
Do WhatsApp reminders go out automatically?
The app prepares the message — name, pending amount, old bills and a UPI link — and one tap opens WhatsApp to send it. Nothing goes to a customer without your say-so. SMS reminders and the nightly digest can be sent automatically.
Which languages does it work in?
The shop dashboard is in 10 languages and the customer storefront in 12 — Hindi, Marathi, Bangla, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Urdu and English. Urdu runs correctly right-to-left.
Whose data is it? Do I get a backup?
The data is entirely yours. You can export all of it any time from Backup & Restore, and set up automatic backups to your own Google Drive. We do not sell your data or your customers’ data to anyone.
Can I give my staff their own logins?
Yes. Every staff member gets their own login and permissions — only billing, or only purchases, as much as you want to show. Attendance and commission are tracked from the same login.
Is this only for kirana shops?
No. 22 kinds of trade are supported — from medical to restaurant, salon to tailor, hardware to jewellery. Pick your type while registering and the units, GST slabs and screens change to suit that trade.
Does the customer’s money come straight to my account?
